The invention discloses a novel composite moisturizing maintenance film which comprises a protection layer, a heat preservation layer and a water absorption layer, the heat preservation layer is fixedly arranged at the bottom end of the protection layer, and the water absorption layer and the protection layer are fixedly arranged at the bottom end of the heat preservation layer. According to the novel composite moisturizing maintenance film, through cooperation using of a limiting block, a limiting groove, a fixing block, a connecting rod, a locking rod, and a limiting rod, a roller is fixed, then the maintenance film can be rolled under the movement of the roller, the manual rolling time is shortened, the rolling efficiency of the maintenance film is improved, when the water content of concrete is large, redundant water is absorbed through a cotton layer, then the redundant water is discharged into a water storage cavity and then is discharged through a water outlet, when the water content of the concrete is less, water is supplied to the water storage cavity through the water outlet, and then the concrete is watered through the cotton layer, so that the water content of the concrete is kept, and the moisturizing effect of the concrete is improved.
