The invention discloses a moisturizing and film-covering maintenance device for a pier bearing platform after concrete pouring. The device comprises a working box, wherein a working cavity is formed in the working box; a film-covering device for covering the pier bearing platform with a film is arranged in the working cavity; and the film-covering device comprises a motor fixedly connected with the inner wall of the rear side of the working cavity. The film covers the bearing platform after the concrete is poured through the film-covering device; the bearing platform is watered through a watering device to prevent the surface of the bearing platform from generating tension, so generation of cracks caused by the tension is avoided; and then the height of the working box is increased throughthe lifting device to avoid interference with reinforcing steel bars on the bearing platform during film covering; and power is provided for the whole device through a power device, so convenience isprovided for the work of constructors, and working efficiency is greatly improved.
