Recycling method for municipal road surface waste materials
The invention relates to a recycling method for municipal road surface waste materials. The method comprises the following specific steps: (1) driving a vehicle body to carry a carriage and a waste material recycling mechanism to a designated road surface waste material recycling position, and lowering the waste material recycling mechanism to be in the state of being attached to the road surface; (2) movably and evenly heating the asphalt road surface through the waste material recycling mechanism, and when the old asphalt material is softened to be in a liquid state, pumping liquefied asphalt into the carriage through the waste material recycling mechanism for filtering; and (3) mixing the filtered asphalt with new asphalt according to a ratio of (3-5):(7-5), and storing the mixed asphalt in a heat preservation manner for later use. A filter, a stirrer, a heat preservation box and a plurality of asphalt pumps are arranged in the carriage. According to the recycling method for municipal road surface waste materials, asphalt at the local position of the road surface can be recycled, the recycling process is more convenient, other intact parts of the road surface cannot be affected, and the method is suitable for rapidly recycling waste materials at the local position of the road surface.
