The invention provides a flushing device for a drainage box culvert. The flushing device comprises a device body, the device body comprises a water distribution main pipe and a flushing suite, the drainage box culvert is arranged below the water distribution main pipe, a plurality of open seams are formed in the top of the drainage box culvert, the open seams at the two ends are connected with an upstream gate valve and a downstream gate valve which are consistent with the open seams in diameter respectively, the other open seams are connected with structures, flushing suites are arranged in the structures and are communicated with a water distribution main pipe, the downstream gate valve is communicated with a sewage pipe network through a pipeline, and a water collecting well is formed in the side wall of the drainage box culvert at the section of the downstream gate valve. According to the invention, the intensity of manual operation can be reduced to a great extent, even the manual operation requirement in the structures can be completely eliminated, and only some auxiliary ground manual operation work needs to be matched, so that the desilting and flushing requirements of the drainage box culvert can be met.
