The invention discloses an automatic flushing system for a drainage box culvert. The automatic flushing system comprises the drainage box culvert, a flushing trolley and a power supply rail; the upper part in the drainage box culvert is a driving area and provided with a horizontal plate, the lower part of the drainage box culvert is divided into a drainage area and a water storage area through a longitudinal wall, and the water storage area is segmented through a cross wall; the flushing trolley comprises an electric trolley used for walking along the horizontal plate in the driving area, a booster pump and a camera are arranged on the electric trolley, a water inlet pipe of the booster pump is connected to a water suction hose, a water outlet pipe of the booster pump is connected to a nozzle, the water suction hose naturally falls into the water storage area, the nozzle points to the bottom face of the drainage area, and the camera is matched with a spotlight and is used for correspondingly observing the bottom surface condition of the drainage area and the lower shape of the water suction hose; and the power supply rail is installed in the driving area and used for supplying power to the walking motor, the pressure pump, the camera and the spotlight of the electric trolley. The automatic flushing system for the drainage box culvert can perform whole-line flushing on the drainage box culvert, manual work does not need to enter the drainage box culvert, operation is safe, strength is low, water supply and power supply are guaranteed during flushing, and the cleaning effect is good.
