The invention relates to a buffering and energy-absorbing highway anti-collision guardrail. The guardrail comprises a pre-buried supporting plate and a plurality of inclined supporting rods connected to one side wall of the pre-buried supporting plate, a plurality of main anti-collision mechanisms are connected to the other side wall of the pre-buried supporting plate, auxiliary buffering mechanisms are arranged in gaps among the main anti-collision mechanisms, and the two ends of each auxiliary buffering mechanism are connected with the main anti-collision mechanism and the embedded supporting plate correspondingly. According to the buffering and energy-absorbing highway anti-collision guardrail, progressive buffering is conducted on out-of-control vehicles through the main anti-collision mechanism and the auxiliary buffering mechanisms, and the buffering process can be more stable and the buffering effect is better through buffering of multiple sets of buffering components.
