The invention relates to an energy-absorbing anti-collision guardrail which comprises at least one group of anti-collision energy-absorbing sections, and the adjacent anti-collision energy-absorbing sections are connected with each other; each anti-collision energy-absorbing section comprises a corrugated plate, a cross beam, at least one energy-absorbing support, at least one adjusting support and at least one buffering support. The corrugated plate is connected with the top of the energy absorption support, the top of the adjusting support and the top of the buffering support. The cross beam is connected with the bottoms of the energy absorption support, the adjusting support and the buffering support. According to the energy-absorbing anti-collision guardrail, the energy-absorbing supports and the adjusting supports are utilized, buffering and energy absorbing can be conducted when the guardrail is impacted by a vehicle, and the vehicle and a driver are prevented from being hurt.
