Concrete pouring method for concrete diaphragm wall
One or more embodiments of the invention provide a concrete pouring method for a concrete diaphragm wall. The principle that concrete is poured through a slurry downcomer vertical lifting method is utilized, high-retarding concrete is poured in firstly when a slotted hole is poured, and after a first guide pipe is dismantled, the high-retarding concrete poured in firstly above the buried depth of a bottom guide pipe is located at the top of a lifting concrete face all the time. By means of the method, a series of problems caused by initial setting of the concrete lifting top face are solved, and the technical contradiction that when an ultra-deep diaphragm wall is connected through a joint pipe method wall section, the concrete pouring technology and the joint pipe drawing technology are mutually restricted due to initial setting of the concrete lifting top face is solved. The concrete pouring method has the beneficial effects that when the joint pipe method is adopted for wall section connection, under the working conditions that the concrete pouring speed is strictly limited and smooth drawing of a joint pipe is guaranteed, the technical problems that due to initial setting of the concrete lifting top face, a hard cover appears on the concrete top face, and the pouring guide pipe and the joint pipe are wrapped by initial setting concrete are solved.
