The invention relates to an underground diaphragm wall over-pouring concrete loosening device and a using method thereof.The loosening device comprises a fixed top plate and a limiting plate, a loosening device body is fixed to the middle of the bottom of the fixed top plate and arranged on the limiting plate in a penetrating mode, connecting plates are arranged on the portions, on the two sides of the loosening device body, of the upper surface of the limiting plate, and connecting holes are formed in the connecting plates in a penetrating mode; a plurality of butt joint holes are evenly distributed in the upper portion of the loosening device body from top to bottom, connecting pins are arranged in the connecting holes of the two connecting plates and one of the butt joint holes of the loosening device body in a penetrating mode, and adjusting limiting devices are arranged at the four corners of the bottom of the limiting plate. When in use, the loosening device is mounted on a bucket of excavator equipment; according to the elevation of the pile top of the underground diaphragm wall and the elevation of the guide wall, the adjusting limiting device is adjusted, and the loosening device body is inserted into the groove section of the underground diaphragm wall 4 hours after concrete pouring of the underground diaphragm wall is completed and reciprocates 3-5 times in the direction of the groove section. According to the method, the compactness of the concrete is effectively reduced, so that the difficulty of breaking the pile head is reduced, and the construction efficiency is improved.
本发明是一种地连墙超灌混凝土松动器及其使用方法，松动器包括固定顶板和限位板，固定顶板底部中间位置固定有松动器主体，松动器主体穿设在限位板上，限位板上表面在松动器主体两侧设有连接板，连接板上贯穿有连接孔，松动器主体上部从上到下均布有若干个对接孔，两个连接板的连接孔与松动器主体的其中一个对接孔内穿设有连接销，限位板底部四角设有调节限位装置。使用时在挖掘机设备的铲斗上安装松动器；根据地连墙桩顶标高及导墙标高，调整调节限位装置，在地连墙混凝土浇筑完成后4h时，将松动器主体插入至地连墙槽段内，顺槽段方向往复运动3‑5次。本发明有效的降低了混凝土密实度，从而使在桩头破除时的难度降低，提高了施工效率。
