Ultimate bearing capacity detection device and method for front-supporting type grouting steel pipe pile
The invention discloses an ultimate bearing capacity detection device and method for a front-supporting type grouting steel pipe pile. The method comprises the steps that a counter-force supporting mechanism is arranged between adjacent H-shaped steel of an SMW construction method pile construction underground diaphragm wall; a sealing head steel plate is welded to the end of the front-supporting type grouting steel pipe pile; a hydraulic jack is arranged between the sealing head steel plate and the counter-force supporting mechanism; and the hydraulic jack is connected to a pile foundation static load testing and analyzing system, loads are output through the pile foundation static load testing and analyzing system and loaded to the front-supporting type grouting steel pipe pile through ascending and descending of the hydraulic jack, and therefore the ultimate bearing capacity of the front-supporting type grouting steel pipe pile is detected. The ultimate bearing capacity detection device and method are suitable for ultimate bearing capacity detection of the front-supporting type grouting steel pipe pile of an inclined supporting system, good reverse bearing capacity can be provided, the loads can be output through the pile foundation static load testing and analyzing system and loaded to the front-supporting type grouting steel pipe pile through ascending and descending of the hydraulic jack, and therefore slow loading detection can be carried out on the ultimate bearing capacity of the front-supporting type grouting steel pipe pile.
