The invention discloses a foam concrete prefabricated wall and a preparation method thereof. The prefabricated wall comprises a keel, a foam concrete plate body and a guide pipe, wherein the keel is positioned in the foam concrete plate body; and the guide pipe for guiding wires or water is embedded in the foam concrete plate body. Through the structural arrangement of the prefabricated wall, a user does not need to open a groove to bury pipes and wires in the decoration process, so that the damage to the wall structure is avoided.
