The hydrophobic thermal-insulation foam concrete prefabricated part comprises hydrophobic thermal-insulation foam concrete and inorganic fiber gridding cloth, the hydrophobic thermal-insulation foam concrete comprises the following components in parts by mass: 40-60 parts of Portland cement, 5-25 parts of a mineral admixture, 1-3 parts of inorganic short fibers, 15-30 parts of water, 0.5-1.5 parts of a water reducing agent, 4-6 parts of a coagulant, 6-12 parts of a composite foaming agent and 1-2 parts of graphite modified polyphenyl particles. The hydrophobic thermal-insulation foam concrete prefabricated part provided by the invention has the density of 300-500 kg/m<3>, the volume water absorption rate of less than or equal to 2%, the heat conductivity coefficient of 0.040-0.065 W/(m.K), the compressive strength of more than or equal to 11.0 MPa and the fireproof grade of A1 grade, and has excellent light weight, high strength, hydrophobic property, fireproof and thermal insulation functions.
