The invention relates to a capillary crystalline modified waterproof agent for concrete. The capillary crystalline modified waterproof agent is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 25%-35% of alkali metal organosilicate, 4%-6.5% of a surfactant, 6.5%-9.5% of a modified carbon nanotube permeation enhancer, 3.8%-6.6% of tartaric acid, 5.2%-7.8% of N,N-bis(2-hydroxyethyl)isopropanolamine, 1%-2.5% of ethylene glycol and 37%-45% of water. Carbon nanotube grafted polyvinylpyrrolidone adopted by the invention can improve the strength and the overall anti-permeability and anti-seismic performance of the concrete. The waterproof agent has high permeability, the compactness, the strength and the hardness of concrete are enhanced, and the waterproof effect of the same service life as the concrete in the true sense is achieved. The waterproof agent is green and environment-friendly, has concrete workability and is corrosion-resistant and resistant to low temperature. The waterproff agent can be widely applied to construction of various structural projects and concrete pouring, and is simple in production process, low in cost and easy for large-scale production.
