The high-strength and high-density calcium magnesium silicate board comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 15%-25% of cement, 20%-35% of slaked lime powder, 40%-60% of graded quartz sand and 0.5-3% of magnesium oxide powder. The graded quartz sand is composed of quartz sand with three particle size intervals. The prepared calcium silicate board is low in porosity, high in density and high in breaking strength, meanwhile, the application limitation of magnesium-containing carbonate and magnesium-rich resources in the field of calcium silicate boards is solved, and discarding and idling of the magnesium-containing carbonate and the magnesium-rich resources, resource waste and environment pollution are avoided.
