Lightweight concrete heat preservation and sound insulation wall and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a lightweight concrete heat preservation and sound insulation wall which comprises a base layer wall surface, the base layer wall surface is coated with a bottom layer, the bottom layer is coated with a surface layer, and the bottom layer is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 60-70 parts of high-strength gypsum, 10-20 parts of rubber, 5-10 parts of perlite, 0.5-2 parts of polyphenyl particles and 0.2-1 part of a modified additive. The surface layer is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20-30 parts of high-strength gypsum, 10-15 parts of cement, 10-20 parts of sand, 20-30 parts of coal cinder and 0.2-1 part of an additive, and the modified filler is modified aerogel. The invention further discloses a preparation method of the lightweight concrete heat preservation and sound insulation wall. Under the condition of solving the problem that the original mortar is easy to cause hollowing and cracking, the heat conductivity coefficient is reduced, so that the thermal insulation effect is better, and the strength of the mortar is also improved.
本发明公开了一种轻质混凝土保温隔声墙体,包括基层墙面,在基层墙面上涂覆有一层底层,在底层上涂覆有一层面层,所述的底层包括按照以下比例配比而成的原料:高强石膏60‑70份、橡胶10‑20份、珍珠岩5‑10份、聚苯颗粒0.5‑2份以及改性添加剂0.2‑1份,所述的面层包括按照以下比例配比而成的原料:高强石膏20‑30份,水泥10‑15份,砂子10‑20份,煤渣20‑30份以及添加剂0.2‑1份,所述的改性填料为改性气凝胶。本发明还公开了一种轻质混凝土保温隔声墙体的制备方法。本发明在解决原有砂浆容易引起空鼓开裂的情况下,还降低了导热系数,使得保温效果更好,还提升了砂浆的强度。
