The invention discloses a process method for recycling carbon-carbon composite material waste. The method is characterized in that impurities and dust in cut waste in a processing process of a carbon-carbon composite material product are removed by using a 40-100-mesh sieve, short fibers with moderate and uniform length are left, and the density range of the short fibers is enlarged through sufficient stirring, so that more uniform densification in the later period is facilitated; a thermosetting phenolic resin and the short fibers are evenly mixed and then placed on a vulcanizing machine with a forming mold to be heated and pressurized in a stepped mode, carbonization and high-temperature treatment are carried out after heating, pressurizing and curing are carried out, the density can reach 1.3 g/cm<3>, and then chemical vapor deposition densification can be carried out according to actual requirements; and after densification is completed, finish machining can be conducted according to the required size, recycling of the carbon-carbon composite waste is achieved, the use amount of carbon fibers is reduced, and the cost is reduced. According to the invention, carbon-carbon composite materials are recycled, waste is reduced, and cost is reduced.
本发明公开了一种碳碳复合材料废料回收利用的工艺方法,其技术方案要点是,该发明通过将碳碳复合材料产品加工过程中切屑下来的废料用40‑100目的筛子除去里面的杂质粉尘,留下长度适中且均匀的短纤维,充分搅拌使得短纤维的密度范围变大,有利于后期更均匀的增密。将热固性酚醛树脂与短纤维均匀的混合后放入带有成型模具的硫化机上进行升温并阶梯式加压,升温加压固化后进行碳化、高温处理,密度可达到1.3g/cm3,之后还可根据实际需求再进行化学气相沉积增密。增密完成后可根据需求尺寸进行精加工,实现对碳碳复合材料废料的回收利用,减少碳纤维的用量,降低成本。回收利用碳碳复合材料,减少浪费,降低成本。
