Recycling method of carbon/carbon composite material machining leftover waste
The invention discloses a recycling method of carbon/carbon composite material machining leftover waste, which comprises the following steps: firstly, removing sizing agent, resin, tar and other organic phases possibly existing in the leftover waste by heat treatment, thoroughly carbonizing, and removing other metal impurity elements; then, carbon deposition is carried out on the crushed leftover waste materials, and initial materials with different length-diameter ratios are prepared; the initial materials are screened into four types according to the size; taking the four types of materials, the solid thermosetting phenolic resin and the asphalt according to a set proportion to prepare a mixed material; then the mixed material is granulated into granules, so that the granules are convenient to store and take at any time; then the granules are filled into a mold for hot-pressing curing, so that the uniformity of the materials can be effectively ensured; and finally, preparing the carbon/carbon composite material through conventional post-treatment. The recycling method provided by the invention is simple in process, high in waste utilization rate, low in price and excellent in performance.
本发明公开一种碳/碳复合材料机加工边角废料的回收利用方法,该回收利用方法首先利用热处理去除边角废料中可能存在的上浆剂、树脂、焦油等有机相彻底碳化,并除去其他金属杂质元素;然后对破碎、粉碎后的边角废料进行碳沉积,制得具有不同长径比的初始料;再按照尺寸大小将初始料分筛成四类;接着取设定比例的四类物料、固态热固性酚醛树脂和沥青,制成混合物料;再将混合物料造粒成颗粒料,便于储存和随时取用;然后将颗粒料填充到模具内部进行热压固化,可有效保证物料的均匀性;最后通过常规的后处理制成碳/碳复合材料。本发明提供的回收利用方法工艺简单、废料利用率高、价格低廉而性能优异。
