The invention discloses underwater trash rack trash cleaning equipment and an underwater trash cleaning method using the same. The equipment comprises a body, a roller, a water suction impeller device, a discharging electric cylinder, a cotter pin and a collecting frame; the collecting frame is arranged at the rear end of the body and connected to the body, the roller is arranged on the body, and when the underwater trash rack trash cleaning equipment is in a working state, the roller is always kept in contact with the rack surface of a trash rack; and the water suction impeller device is installed in the body, water behind the trash rack can reversely flow to the front of the trash rack and is sucked into the trash cleaning equipment through high-speed rotation of the water suction impeller, floating objects sucked on the trash rack can be driven by reversely flowing water flow to be separated from the trash rack and sucked into the trash cleaning equipment together with the water flow, and finally, water is brought into the collecting frame to be collected. According to the underwater trash rack trash cleaning equipment and the underwater trash cleaning method using the same, the problems that the cleaning effect of floating objects on the trash rack is extremely poor under the condition that a generator set is not shut down, and power generation and unit safety are affected are solved; and the shutdown loss caused by the fact that the generator set needs to be shut down for trash rack cleaning in the prior art is retrieved.
本发明公开了水下拦污栅清污设备及利用该设备的水下清污方法,设备包括本体、辊子、吸水叶轮装置、卸料电动缸、开口销和收集框;收集框设置在本体后端并与本体相连,在本体上设有辊子,当水下拦污栅清污设备处于工作状态时,辊子始终保持与拦污栅的栅面接触;在本体内安装有吸水叶轮装置,通过吸水叶轮的高速旋转,拦污栅后的水会反向流到拦污栅前并被吸入清污设备内,吸附在拦污栅上的漂浮物就会在反向流动水流的带动下脱离拦污栅并和水流一起被吸入清污设备,最终被水带入收集框内进行收集。本发明解决在发电机组不停机情况下拦污栅上漂浮物清理效果极差、影响发电和机组安全的问题,挽回了现有技术中需发电机组停机进行拦污栅清理的停机损失。
