Self-cleaning trash rack
The self-cleaning type trash rack comprises side columns, arched trash rack bars, an automatic trash brushing system, a trash transmission power system and a real-time detection system, the multiple arched trash rack bars are transversely fixed between the side columns, the arched trash rack bars are away from the side columns layer by layer from top to bottom to form a trapezoidal structure, the automatic trash brushing system is installed on the rack bars, and the trash transmission power system is connected with the automatic trash brushing system. The dirt transmission power systems are installed on side columns at the two ends of the arch-shaped dirt blocking grid bars, the real-time detection system monitors the dirt blocking condition of the grid bars, and the real-time detection system outputs signals to control the automatic dirt brushing system and the dirt transmission power systems to work so as to clean the grid bars. The arched trash rack provided by the invention is favorable for increasing the water passing section and reducing the flow velocity of the trash rack, so that the head loss is reduced, the hydropower station can utilize more water energy, the machine does not need to be stopped in the trash cleaning process, the arched trash rack can normally pass water while cleaning trash, and the working efficiency of the hydropower station is effectively improved.
本发明提供一种自清洁式拦污栅包括边柱、拱形拦污栅条、自动刷污系统、传污动力系统和实时检测系统,在边柱之间横向固定多条拱形拦污栅条,并且拱形拦污栅条由上到下逐层远离边柱形成梯形结构,在栅条上安装自动刷污系统,传污动力系统安装在拱形拦污栅条两端的边柱上,实时检测系统监控栅条拦污情况,并通过实时检测系统输出信号控制自动刷污系统和传污动力系统工作进行栅条清理。本发明提供的拱形拦污栅有利于增大过水断面,减小过栅流速,从而减小水头损失,水电站可以利用的水能更大,并且清污过程中不需要停机,拱形拦污栅在清污的同时能正常过水,有效地提高了水电站的工作效率。
