The invention relates to a double-wall steel jacket box cofferdam implantation construction method which comprises the following steps: under a ballasting condition, horizontally lowering a bottom section by utilizing a hanging system until the bottom section is in contact with the relatively high side of an implantation section riverbed, and completing the construction of a first stage; and increasing the weight of the end, making contact with the riverbed, of the bottom section, adjusting the bottom section through the hanging system, so that the bottom section sinks horizontally till the bottom section is horizontally implanted into the riverbed, and completing second-stage construction. Batch sinking is adopted for bottom section implantation, batch sinking is serious, under the action of a hanging system, the bottom section sinks slowly through unbalanced weight on the bottom section and by means of tidal changes, the higher side of a riverbed is pressed, end resistance and side friction resistance of the riverbed to a bottom section blade foot are overcome, meanwhile, the hanging system is used for resisting upstream and downstream unbalanced buoyancy, and therefore the bottom section is made to sink slowly. Stable implantation under the conditions of tides and uneven riverbeds is realized.
