The invention discloses a novel concealed installation type glass curtain wall. The glass curtain wall comprises a metal face sandwich panel, laminated glass and a plurality of hanging pieces used for installing the laminated glass on the metal face sandwich panel; each hanging piece comprises an inserting rod penetrating through the metal face sandwich panel, end plates located at the two ends of the inserting rod respectively, and a hook adjustably installed on one end plate; a back plate is arranged on the side, close to the metal face sandwich panel, of the metal face sandwich panel; and clamping grooves hung on the hooks are formed between the back plate and the laminated glass. According to the glass curtain wall, the hooks used for hanging the laminated glass are installed on the metal face sandwich panel, a two-layer hanging structure is formed, and the laminated glass is effectively fixed, so that the curtain wall structure formed by the laminated glass is stable and can be replaced and maintained; and in addition, heat preservation and sound insulation grooves are formed in the peripheral side of the end face of the metal face sandwich panel, and therefore the sound insulation performance and the heat preservation performance of edge gaps of the metal face sandwich panel are improved.
