Assembly type orthogonal laminated wood roof/bridge floor structure
The invention discloses an assembly type orthogonal laminated wood roof/bridge floor structure. The structure comprises at least one orthogonal laminated wood panel placed in the span or width direction of a roof/bridge floor, multiple wooden/metal supporting rod pieces used for supporting the orthogonal laminated wood panel, and at least one pull rod/inhaul cable arranged in the span direction of the roof/bridge floor and connected with the two ends of the orthogonal laminated wood panel and the bottom ends of the supporting rod pieces; the orthogonal laminated wood panel is formed by assembling at least two layers of wood laminates in a crossed mode and conducting cold pressing and gluing; every two adjacent wood laminates serve as a main shaft laminate and a minor shaft laminate of the orthogonal laminated wood panel respectively; and wood grains of the main shaft laminates or the minor shaft laminates are parallel to the span direction of the roof/bridge floor structure and mainly bear pressure stress. According to the structure, the compressive strength of the orthogonal laminated wood can be fully utilized, the brittle tensile failure of the wood is avoided, the span and rigidity of the orthogonal laminated wood roof/bridge floor can be improved, meanwhile, the site construction amount can be greatly reduced, and the machining and mounting precision is improved.
本发明公开了一种装配式正交胶合木屋面/桥面结构,包括沿屋面/桥面跨度或宽度方向放置的至少一块正交胶合木面板;多根用于支撑正交胶合木面板的木制/金属支撑杆件;沿屋面/桥面跨度方向布设并与正交胶合木面板两端和各支撑杆件的底端连接的至少一根拉杆/拉索;正交胶合木面板由至少两层木材层板交叉组坯并冷压胶合而成,相邻两木材层板分别作为正交胶合木面板的主轴层板和弱轴层板,且主轴层板或弱轴层板的木材纹理与屋面/桥面结构的跨度方向平行,主要承受压应力。本发明能够充分利用正交胶合木的抗压强度,避免出现木材的脆性拉断,可以提高正交胶合木屋面/桥面的跨度和刚度,同时可大大减小现场施工量,提高加工安装精度。
