The shear-resistant orthogonal laminated wood-concrete composite floor comprises a CLT plate, a concrete plate and a plurality of shear-resistant connecting pieces, and the shear-resistant connecting pieces are arranged between the CLT plate and the concrete plate; a plurality of grooves are formed in the upper end face of the CLT plate at intervals; each shear-resistant connecting piece comprises a positioning steel plate structure and a plurality of wood screws, each positioning steel plate structure comprises a steel plate groove and two extending steel plates, and the two extending steel plates are fixedly connected to the two outer sides of the tops of the steel plate grooves correspondingly; and the steel plate grooves are fixed to the grooves through the multiple wood screws, and the two extending steel plates are located in the concrete plate. Compared with a traditional shear-resistant connecting piece, the rolling shear performance and the bending resistance of the CLT plate can be improved, the CLT plate and the concrete plate can act together, it is guaranteed that the CLT plate and the concrete plate have enough rigidity and bearing capacity when the CLT plate and the concrete plate serve as a floor slab, noise is effectively reduced, and good fireproof performance is achieved.
