The invention discloses a bundle bar connection grouting sleeve for a fabricated structure. The bundle bar connection grouting sleeve comprises a tubular sleeve body, a grouting opening and a grout outlet, wherein the grouting opening and the grout outlet are perpendicular to the axial direction of the sleeve body and are close to the two ends of the sleeve body correspondingly. A plurality of annular inner anchoring protrusions protruding inwards are arranged in an inner cavity of the sleeve body in the axial direction; the shape of each annular inner anchoring bulge is matched with that of a bundle rib arranged in the sleeve body; more than two binding ribs are arranged in the sleeve body; and strip-shaped inner anchoring protrusions extending in the length direction of the sleeve body are arranged at the positions, corresponding to the positions where the outer walls of every two bundle ribs are tightly attached, of the inner wall of the sleeve body. The bundle bar connection grouting sleeve for the fabricated structure is suitable for prefabricated part bundle bar connection, two section arrangement forms convenient for pore channel grouting compaction are provided for application of double-limb and three-limb bundle bars, and the blank of domestic bundle bar grouting sleeves is filled.
本发明公开了用于装配式结构的束筋连接灌浆套筒,包括管状的筒体,以及与所述筒体的轴向垂直,并分别靠近所述筒体两端的灌浆口和出浆口。所述筒体的内腔沿轴向方向设有若干道向内突出的环形内锚固凸起;每一道所述环形内锚固凸起的形状均与设置在所述筒体内的束筋相匹配;所述筒体内设有两根以上所述束筋;所述筒体的内壁对应每两根所述束筋外壁紧贴位置的内凹处均设有沿所述筒体长度方向延伸的条状内锚固凸起。本发明适用于预制构件束筋连接的灌浆套筒,并对双肢、三肢束筋的应用提出了两种便于孔道灌浆密实的断面布置形式,填补了国内束筋灌浆套筒的空白。
