The invention provides a fabricated beam-column connecting structure adopting sleeve grouting connection. The fabricated beam-column connecting structure comprises a precast beam, a prefabricated lower column and a prefabricated upper column; the precast beam comprises a core structure area provided with a through hole, the through hole is internally provided with a sleeve, and the core structure area and the precast beam are integrally precast and formed; the prefabricated lower column is arranged on the first side of the core structure area; the prefabricated upper column is arranged on the second side of the core structure area; the ends, close to the core structure area, of the lower prefabricated column and the upper prefabricated column are provided with anchoring steel bars; the anchoring steel bars are inserted into the sleeves; and the sleeves and the anchoring steel bars are connected through condensation of grouting materials. The core structure area and the prefabricated beam are integrally prefabricated and formed, and the integrity of the structure is good. The sleeve is installed in the core structure area, the shearing strength of the core structure area can be improved, moreover, the situation that the rigidity of the sleeve is not evenly distributed when the sleeve is installed in the prefabricated column can be avoided, and therefore the anti-seismic performance of the building structure is improved.
本发明提供一种套筒灌浆连接的装配式梁柱连接结构,包括:预制梁,包括设置有通孔的核心结构区,所述通孔内安装有套筒,所述核心结构区与所述预制梁一体预制成型;预制下柱,设置于所述核心结构区的第一侧;预制上柱,设置于所述核心结构区的第二侧;所述预制下柱与所述预制上柱靠近所述核心结构区的端部均设置有锚固钢筋,所述锚固钢筋插接于所述套筒内,所述套筒与所述锚固钢筋之间通过灌浆料凝结连接。核心结构区与预制梁一体预制成型,结构的整体性较好。套筒安装在核心结构区内,既可以提高核心结构区的抗剪强度,又可以避免套筒安装在预制柱中刚度不均匀分布的情况,提高了建筑结构的抗震性能。
