The invention relates to the field of water conservancy, in particular to an amphibious mowing boat. According to thee amphibious mowing boat, weeds can be cleaned under the working conditions of rivers, water channels, muddy lands, marshlands and the like, large-area weeds are flexibly cleaned, the mowing range is expanded, the mowing efficiency is improved by controlling differential deflection of a boat body and adding a root cutting extension arm combination, and meanwhile post-treatment procedures such as weed chopping treatment and automatic discharging are added; the rotating speed of a roller and a propeller on one side of the boat body is controlled through a circumferential locking ring, and under the action of a differential mechanism, the mowing direction or rotating mowing of the mowing boat can be flexibly adjusted by cooperating with deflection of different angles of a tail vane; floating grass is fished to the boat through a first conveying belt, the first conveying belt is controlled to deflect up and down and a root cutting extension arm is controlled to deflect left and right through two hydraulic rods, the working angle is adjusted, the mowing range is expanded, and the mowing efficiency is improved; and a middle cutter moves up and down to cut up the floating grass on a second conveyor belt, and then the floating grass falls into a box body to be temporarily stored and is automatically discharged when the boat reaches a shore or reaches a specified discharging area.
