The four-axis parallel linkage plate drives the space angle change of the right-angle semi-reflecting mirror to achieve laser beam scanning, runway rubber is removed through field lens focusing, nine four-axis parallel right-angle 10% semi-reflecting mirror cases are arranged, the last one is a four-axis parallel right-angle 100% semi-reflecting mirror case, and beam splitting multi-position simultaneous scanning and rubber removal are achieved.
