The invention provides a ceramic glaze screening process, which takes 35 parts of quartz, 25 parts of feldspar, 30 parts of sandstone, 17 parts of talc, 13 parts of knar clay and 6 parts of dry alkali as raw materials, and comprises a series of process steps of raw material pretreatment, sub-packaging, mixing, secondary mixing, tertiary mixing, screening and the like. The ceramic glaze is further screened. The screening process comprises the following steps: respectively grinding quartz, feldspar, sandstone, talc, knar clay and dry alkali by using a grinding disc, screening twice by using a filter sieve with a 180-mesh sieve, adding 17 parts of clear water into the treated quartz and feldspar, uniformly mixing, adding sandstone in the mixing process, mixing for 18 minutes, gradually adding talc, knar clay and dry alkali into the mixture of mixed quartz, feldspar and sandstone, adding 18 parts of clear water, mixing for 26 minutes, and pouring the mixed glaze liquid into a glaze liquid filter sieve.
