Anti-cracking high-toughness long-life special fiber concrete and preparation process thereof
The invention discloses anti-cracking high-toughness long-life special fiber concrete. The concrete comprises the following components in parts by weight: 1-3 parts of water; 1-3 parts of gravel; 1-3 parts of Portland cement; 0.5-1.5 parts of special fiber anti-cracking liquid; 0.4-1 part of steel fiber; 0.3-1 part of polyimide fiber; 0.3-1 part of a surface curing agent; 0.3-1.2 parts of polydimethylsiloxane; and 0.5-1.5 parts of a reinforcing agent. Fly ash is adopted as a carbon source and is subjected to pyrolysis with polypropylene fiber so that the polypropylene fiber is coated with a three-dimensional mesh structure in the fly ash, and a hydration heat inhibition expansion agent composed of a hydration heat inhibition expansion clinker and gypsum is matched so as to form the corresponding special fiber anti-cracking liquid, and thus the temperature rise change during the concrete hydration heat process can be reduced, the temperature shrinkage stress of the concrete is improved, and cracks of the concrete due to temperature change are reduced, and the anti-cracking property of the concrete is improved.
本发明公开了一种防裂高韧性长寿命特种纤维混凝土,所述混凝土包括如下份数的组成:水1‑3份;砂石1‑3份;硅酸盐水泥1‑3份;特种纤维防裂液0.5‑1.5份;钢纤维0.4‑1份;聚酰亚胺纤维0.3‑1份;表面养护剂0.3‑1份;聚二甲基硅氧烷0.3‑1.2份;增强剂0.5‑1.5份。以粉煤灰为碳源与聚丙烯纤维热解,使得聚丙烯纤维被粉煤灰内的三维网孔结构所包覆,配合上由水化热抑制型膨胀熟料与石膏组成的水化热抑制型膨胀剂,组成相应的的特种纤维防裂液,能够降低混凝土水化热过程中的温升变化,提高了混凝土的温度收缩应力,减少了混凝土因温度变化而出现的裂缝,从而提高了混凝土的防裂性。
