High-toughness anti-cracking concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of building materials, and discloses high-toughness anti-cracking concrete and a preparation method thereof. The concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 70 to 90 parts of cement, 120 to 160 parts of fine sand, 200 to 250 parts of stone, 25 to 35 parts of composite hydrogel, 10 to 15 parts of calcium carbonate, 10 to 15 parts of slag powder, 1 to 2 parts of a water reducing agent, 40 to 60 parts of deionized water and 4 to 6 parts of polyvinyl acetate, the composite hydrogel is added into the concrete to serve as a reinforcing body, so that the toughness and the cracking resistance of a concrete matrix are improved; the composite hydrogel forms a cross-linked network structure in a matrix, so that crack tip stress can be effectively dispersed, the toughness of the concrete is further improved, cement mineral crystals in the concrete are tightly combined, and the anti-cracking performance is further improved; and the modified halloysite nanotube serves as a stress concentration point in the composite hydrogel, so that the toughness of the matrix is improved.
