Construction process of carbide slag fly ash stabilized red mud coal gangue aggregate pavement base course
The invention provides a construction process of a pavement base layer made of carbide slag and fly ash stabilized red mud and coal gangue aggregate. The pavement base layer comprises the following materials in parts by weight: 5-15 parts of carbide slag, 5-15 parts of fly ash, 5-15 parts of red mud, 60-70 parts of coal gangue and 7-14 parts of water. The method comprises the following steps: designing a mix proportion before construction, then converting the designed mix proportion into a construction mix proportion, and mixing coal gangue, carbide slag, fly ash, red mud and water by using a batching machine according to the construction mix proportion to obtain a construction primary mixture; and crushing/mixing the construction primary mixture, discharging to obtain the carbide slag and fly ash stabilized red mud and coal gangue aggregate pavement base course mixture, and then transporting, paving, rolling and maintaining the base course mixture to obtain the carbide slag and fly ash stabilized red mud and coal gangue aggregate pavement base course. The early strength and the long-term strength of the pavement base are remarkably improved; besides, a large amount of industrial waste can be utilized, so that the construction technology is simplified, matched mechanical equipment is simple, the construction technology is easy to master, and application and popularization are convenient.
本发明提供了一种电石渣粉煤灰稳定赤泥煤矸石集料路面基层施工工艺,所述路面基层包含以下重量份材料:电石渣5‑15份,粉煤灰5‑15份,赤泥5‑15份,煤矸石60‑70份,水7‑14份。施工前进行配合比设计,然后把采用的设计配合比换算成施工配合比,按照施工配合比,用配料机把煤矸石、电石渣、粉煤灰、赤泥与水混合为施工初混料;把施工初混料进行破碎/拌和,出料即为电石渣粉煤灰稳定赤泥煤矸石集料路面基层混合料,之后对基层混合料进行运输、摊铺、碾压和养护即成电石渣粉煤灰稳定赤泥煤矸石集料路面基层。本发明的路面基层早期强度和长期强度均有显著提高;本发明能够使用大量工业废料,简化了施工工艺,配套机械设备简单,施工技术容易掌握,方便推广应用。
