All-coal gangue aggregate pavement base mixture and preparation process thereof
The invention discloses a full-coal gangue aggregate pavement base mixture and a preparation process of the full-coal gangue aggregate pavement base mixture. The pavement base course mixture is prepared from the following components: 3 to 6 parts of P.O42.5 ordinary Portland cement, 1 to 5 parts of blast furnace slag powder, 1 to 5 parts of steel slag micro powder, 40 to 50 parts of reinforced coal gangue coarse aggregate of 5 to 10 mm, 30 to 50 parts of coal gangue fine aggregate of 0 to 5 mm, 0.5 to 1.0 part of high-performance water reducing agent, 2 to 4 parts of alkali metal activating agent and 8 to 15 parts of water. Large-scale direct resource utilization can be realized, and the inherent defects of high water absorption rate, disintegration and pulverization when meeting water and the like of the coal gangue are overcome by adopting a strengthening mode, so that the pavement performance indexes such as anti-scouring performance, splitting strength, unconfined compressive strength and softening coefficient are greatly improved; therefore, the novel all-coal gangue aggregate green pavement base mixture is obtained.
本发明公开了一种全煤矸石骨料路面基层混合料及其制备工艺,以重量份数计,由以下成分组成:P·O42.5普通硅酸盐水泥3‑6份、高炉矿渣粉1‑5份、钢渣微粉1‑5份、5‑10mm强化煤矸石粗骨料40‑50份、0‑5mm煤矸石细骨料30‑50份、高性能减水剂0.5‑1.0份、碱金属活化剂2‑4份、水8‑15份,本发明采用100%煤矸石骨料代替天然碎石制备路面基层混合料,不仅可以实现大规模直接资源化利用,而且采用强化方式改善了煤矸石固有的吸水率高、遇水崩解粉化等缺点和不足,使得抗冲刷性能、劈裂强度、无侧限抗压强度、软化系数等路用性能指标得以大幅度提升,成为一种新型的全煤矸石骨料绿色路面基层混合料。
