Ladle slag adhesion preventing agent and using method thereof
The invention discloses a ladle slag adhesion preventing agent, which is prepared from the following raw materials: 65-75 parts of graphite electrode powder with the particle size of 100 meshes, 2-4 parts of asphalt powder with the particle size of 200 meshes, 5-10 parts of silicon carbide powder with the particle size of 320 meshes, 8-15 parts of silica powder with the particle size of 1 [mu]m and 8-12 parts of clay powder with the particle size of 200 meshes. The prepared ladle slag adhesion preventing agent adopts a carbon-containing material, and has the characteristics of high refractoriness and good cohesiveness at high temperature; water glass is used as a binding agent, so that the early strength is high, and the binding agent cannot fall off when bonded on a ladle slag line; and slag can be prevented from being bonded with the lining bricks of the ladle at high temperature, bonded slag attached to the slag line can be easily hooked off through a hooking machine, the lining bricks of the ladle cannot be damaged, the service life of the ladle is prolonged, and economic benefits of blast furnace iron making are improved.
本发明公开了一种铁水包防粘渣剂,是由原料粒度100目的石墨电极粉65~75份,粒度200目的沥青粉2~4份,粒度320目的碳化硅粉5~10份,粒度1μm的硅微粉8~15份,粒度200目的粘土粉8~12份配制而成。本发明配制的铁水包防粘渣剂使用含碳材料,具有高温下耐火度高、粘结性好的特点;使用水玻璃做结合剂早期强度高,粘结在铁水包渣线上不会脱落;高温下能够阻止渣与铁水包内衬砖的粘结,采用钩机可以很轻松的勾掉附着在渣线部位的粘结渣,不会对铁水包内衬砖造成损坏,延长了铁水包的使用寿命,提高了高炉炼铁的经济效益。
