Mixed composition with improved reactivity of ladle slag and ladle slag ground solidifying agent containing the same
The present invention relates to a mixed composition with the improved reactivity of ladle slag and a ladle slag ground solidifying agent containing the same and, more specifically, to a solidifying agent recycled from ladle slag, which is environmentally friendly by recycling industrial by-products as the main component and reducing the amount of cement used, as well as greatly improving compressive strength by adding a reinforcing agent and a mixing agent. The present invention relates to the mixed composition capable of improving the reactivity and strength of ladle slag and consists of a reinforcing agent comprising 100 parts by weight of potassium silicate aqueous solution, based on 100 parts by weight of the potassium silicate aqueous solution, 5 to 15 parts by weight of desulfurized gypsum, 5 to 15 parts by weight of calcium aluminate, 5 to 15 parts by weight of sulfur aluminate, 1 to 10 parts by weight of silica fume, and 1 to 5 parts by weight of a polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent and a mixture comprising 100 parts by weight of potassium silicate aqueous solution, based on 100 parts by weight of the potassium silicate aqueous solution, 5 to 15 parts by weight of desulfurized gypsum, 5 to 15 parts by weight of calcium aluminate, 5 to 15 parts by weight of sulfur aluminate, 1 to 10 parts by weight of silica fume, and 1 to 5 parts by weight of a polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent, wherein the mixed composition is formed by mixing 10 to 30 parts by weight of the reinforcing agent and 5 to 15 parts by weight of the mixture.
본 발명은 래들슬래그의 반응성을 증진시킨 혼합 조성물 및 이를 함유하는 래들슬래그 지반고화제에 관한 것으로서, 보다 구체적으로 산업부산물을 주성분으로 재활용하고 시멘트 사용량을 줄임으로써 친환경적일 뿐만 아니라, 보강제와 혼합제를 첨가함으로써 압축강도를 크게 향상시킨 래들슬래그를 재활용한 고화제에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 래들슬래그의 반응성과 강도를 증진시킬 수 있는 혼합 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 규산칼륨 수용액 100중량부와, 상기 규산칼륨 수용액 100중량부를 기준으로 탈황석고 5~15중량부와, 칼슘 알루미네이트 5~15중량부와, 설퍼알루미네이트 5~15중량부와, 실리카퓸 1~10중량부와, 폴리카본산계 감수제 1~5중량부로 이루어지는 보강제와, 규산칼륨 수용액 100중량부와, 상기 규산칼륨 수용액 100중량부를 기준으로 탈황석고 5~15중량부와, 칼슘 알루미네이트 5~15중량부와, 설퍼알루미네이트 5~15중량부와, 실리카퓸 1~10중량부와, 폴리카본산계 감수제 1~5중량부로 이루어지는 혼합제로 구성되며, 상기 보강제 10~30중량부와, 상기 혼합제 5~15중량부를 혼합하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
