The road surface prefabricated part comprises: a mounting component, wherein the interior of the mounting component is hollow to form a penetrating channel; a prefabricated component which covers the mounting component, wherein the prefabricated part is bonded with the mounting component; and a pipe component which is arranged in the penetrating channel in a penetrating mode, wherein the pipe component is bonded with the penetrating channel, and the pipe component is used for allowing a cable to penetrate through or allowing a refrigerant or a heating medium to circulate. The pavement prefabricated part provided by the invention has enough strength and meets the requirements of various pavements, the pipe component is arranged in the pavement prefabricated part, cables can penetrate through the pavement prefabricated part conveniently, the functional diversity of the pavement prefabricated part is improved, the pipe component can serve as a circulation pipeline, cold water is introduced in summer, hot water is introduced in winter, the pavement prefabricated part is maintained, the influence of temperature change on the performance of the pavement prefabricated part is reduced, and temperature fatigue damage of the pavement prefabricated part is effectively avoided, so that the service life of the pavement prefabricated part is prolonged.
