本发明提供一种抽拉式变截面箱梁内模板,内模板分为四大块,其中左、右模均通过销轴铰接可绕轴转动,整体性好,与原有内模板组装方式相比,焊接、铆接量少,操作简单且可重复组装使用。而且本发明中纵向拉杆在内模板变截面段通长设置,统一设置第一、四块钢板长短尺寸不变,第二、三块钢板随模板高度增高而增长,倾斜设置拉杆可以有效平衡上下角动量,大幅增大上下模板收合量,使模板上下同时脱离混凝土表面,折叠后的变截面模板可从小截面端口顺利拉出,拉出过程中模板与浇筑箱梁内壁接触面积小,避免了强行拉出内模板造成梁端口混凝土破碎、脱落,甚至模板被挤压变形的情况发生,保证了浇筑混凝土的质量。
