Concrete lattice type building blocks are assembled on a coast sand bed; in the transverse direction, the adjacent end blocks are connected end to end; in the longitudinal direction, the end blocks at the two ends are aligned; and in the vertical direction, each layer of concrete lattice type building blocks is retracted towards the bank side upwards, and bottom grooves of the upper-layer concrete lattice type building blocks which are adjacent up and down are matched with the two end blocks which are connected end to end on the lower layer.
