The invention provides a fabricated concrete open lattice block coast anti-erosion structure, and belongs to the field of coast protection. The concrete open lattice blocks are spliced layer by layer from bottom to top; each layer of opening points to the ocean direction, and all the concrete opening lattice blocks are aligned side by side; and the concrete open lattice blocks are collected layer by layer to the coast direction from bottom to top, outer-extending longitudinal tibs of two adjacent layers of upper layer concrete open lattice blocks are located between second transverse ribs and third transverse ribs of lower layer concrete open lattice blocks, and joint seams of the adjacent layers of concrete open lattice blocks are mutually staggered. The structure has the effects and advantages that sand is inhibited from flowing from the coast to the sea, sand flowing along with offshore flow is captured, and therefore erosion of the coast is relieved, and the coast sand beach is protected; the technology is reasonable in design and convenient to operate; and industrialized manufacturing and construction are adopted, the work amount is effectively reduced, the construction efficiency is improved, the removed building materials can be recycled, and waste of the building materials is avoided.
