The wetland garbage intercepting device comprises a pair of first positioning rods, a pair of second positioning rods, four floating cylinders, four soft cylinders, a first soft net, a second soft net and a hard net, wherein each first positioning rod and each second positioning rod are sleeved with one floating cylinder; each first positioning rod and each second positioning rod are sleeved with one soft cylinder; the two ends of the first soft net are fixedly connected with the two soft cylinders on the pair of first positioning rods correspondingly; the second soft net is arranged opposite to the first soft net, and the two ends of the second soft net are fixedly connected with the two soft cylinders on the pair of second positioning rods correspondingly; and the two ends of the hard net are fixedly connected with the floating cylinders on the pair of second positioning rods correspondingly, the bottom of the hard net is fixedly connected with the top of the second soft net, and a plurality of spikes are arranged on the first side face, opposite to the first soft net, of the hard net at intervals. The wetland garbage intercepting device can intercept floating garbage and can prevent the floating garbage from entering the downstream area of a water channel along with water flow when the floating garbage is salvaged.
