Cylindrical foundation floating-assisting flat-pressing anti-cracking device and method
The invention discloses a floating-assisting flat-pressing anti-cracking device and method for an offshore wind power cylindrical foundation. The device comprises floating boxes, air bags, mooring ropes, side hooks and lantern rings; every two adjacent side edges of the floating boxes are connected through the corresponding mooring rope to form a floating box chain; the same side face of each floating box is provided with the corresponding air bag. The side hooks are arranged on the outer side edges of the floating boxes at the head end and the tail end of each floating box chain in a staggered manner; each floating box is internally composed of an upper cavity and a lower cavity; and after the cylindrical foundation is poured on a sinking mat, the floating box chains are arranged on the periphery of the cylindrical foundation in a surrounding manner through the side hooks and the lantern rings. The device can be applied to the floating process of the polygonal cylindrical foundation before towing, the gravity center of the overall structure can be effectively lowered through the device, extra buoyancy is provided, and therefore stability of the floating process is guaranteed.
