The invention discloses a beam plate post-cast strip formwork supporting method which includes the steps that firstly, a post-cast strip supporting formwork is obtained, during construction, firstly a post-cast strip boundary line is drawn, and then a lower rear baffle is installed on the post-cast strip boundary line; then a lower-layer reinforcing mesh is bound, and longitudinal bars are placed in the lower-layer reinforcing mesh in corresponding half-moon notches and lower strip-shaped notches; then a front baffle is installed, an upper-layer reinforcing mesh is bound, and longitudinal bars in the upper-layer reinforcing mesh are placed in the corresponding half-moon notches; and an upper rear baffle is installed, the longitudinal bars in the upper-layer reinforcing mesh are clamped into upper strip-shaped notches, the side edge of the lower side of the upper rear baffle abuts against the side edge of the upper side of the lower rear baffle, beam plate concrete is poured, and formwork removal is conducted after solidification. According to the beam plate post-cast strip formwork supporting method, construction is easy and convenient; and through a front-back and up-down formwork mode and through holes reserved for steel bars after formwork splicing, leakage of concrete grout is effectively prevented, so that the forming quality of the post-cast strip is improved.
本发明公开了一种梁板后浇带模板支护方法,先获取后浇带支护模板,施工时,先画出后浇带边界线,然后在上面安装下后挡板,接着绑扎下层钢筋网片,下层钢筋网片中的纵筋放置在相应的半月槽口和下条形槽口中,然后安装前挡板以及绑扎上层钢筋网片,上层钢筋网片中的纵筋放置在相应的半月槽口中,完后安装上后挡板,将上层钢筋网片中的纵筋卡入至上条形槽口,上后挡板下侧侧边抵接在下后挡板上侧侧边上,浇筑梁板混凝土,凝固后拆模。本发明施工简单方便,通过前后上下的模板方式,以及模板拼接后为钢筋预留的穿孔,有效了阻止了混凝土浆的渗漏,提高了后浇带的成型质量。
