The invention relates to an energy-saving concrete watering device for civil construction. The energy-saving concrete watering device comprises a walking part and a water spraying part, the water spraying part is arranged on the walking part, the walking part walks on the side face, pointing to the ground, of civil engineering, and the water spraying part sprays water mist for maintenance to a civil engineering concrete structure body.
