The invention discloses an energy-saving civil construction concrete watering device which comprises a device body, the device body comprises a base, an adjusting support, a water tank, a motor, a stirring device, a push rod, a spray head and a moving device, the base is located at the bottom of the device body, the adjusting support and the water tank are both installed at the top of the base, and the water tank is located at the rear end of the adjusting support; the main flow pipe is arranged at the bottom of the front end of the water tank, the push rod is installed at the rear end of the water tank, the three nozzles are transversely installed in the adjusting support at equal intervals, the rear ends of the three nozzles are connected with the main flow pipe through pipelines, the two sets of moving devices are symmetrically installed at the bottom of the base, and the motor is installed at the top of the water tank. The stirring device is mounted in the water tank, the motor is connected with the stirring device through the driving shaft, and the device can adjust the angle of the spray head, so that concrete structures with different heights can be comprehensively poured.
