The invention relates to an anti-crack recycled concrete preparation method. An anti-crack recycled concrete preparation device is used in the method, and the anti-crack recycled concrete preparation device comprises a preparation box, a primary crushing adjusting mechanism, a secondary crushing mechanism, a stirring and grinding mechanism and a material collecting mechanism. According to the method, the distance between first rotating shafts and second rotating shafts is adjusted through the primary crushing adjusting mechanism, waste concrete blocks of different sizes can be conveniently crushed, and the phenomenon that some large concrete blocks are directly erected on first crushing rollers of the first rotating shafts and the second rotating shafts and are stopped from being crushed is avoided; and meanwhile, waste concrete particles crushed by the first crushing rollers are crushed again through the secondary crushing mechanism and are screened at the same time, uncrushed concrete particles are subjected to double crushing, and use of recycled concrete is prevented from being influenced.
