The invention discloses an anti-crack recycled concrete material and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of anti-crack recycled concrete.The anti-crack recycled concrete material is prepared from, by weight, 18-33 parts of a modifier, 33-50 parts of recycled aggregate, 37-50 parts of cement, 1-3 parts of a water reducing agent, 8-12 parts of a composite fiber anti-crack agent, 13-23 parts of water and 20-28 parts of sand. By adding the composite fiber anti-cracking agent into the recycled concrete material, the composite fiber anti-cracking agent has two anti-cracking components, namely the expanding agent and the composite fiber, so that the anti-cracking capability of the recycled concrete can be improved physically and chemically, dual protection is provided for the concrete, and the anti-cracking capability of the recycled concrete material can be remarkably improved.
本发明公开了一种抗裂型再生混凝土材料及其制备方法,涉及抗裂型再生混凝土技术领域,由以下重量份数的原料制成:包括改性剂18—33份、再生集料33—50份、水泥37—50份、减水剂1—3份、复合纤维抗裂剂8—12份、水13—23份、砂子20—28份。本发明通过添加复合纤维抗裂剂到再生混凝土材料中,复合纤维抗裂剂具有膨胀剂和复合纤维两种抗裂组分,可从物理和化学两方面提高再生混凝土的抗裂能力,为混凝土提供双重保护,进而能够显著提高再生混凝土材料的抗裂性能。
