A round hole is formed in the bottom of the charging barrel, a movable switch is movably installed at the top of the round hole and controlled by the screw pump, and an N-pole magnet is movably connected to one side of the charging barrel in a clamped mode. The motor is started to drive the driving shaft to rotate, so that a vertical gear rotates, a horizontal gear meshed with the vertical gear rotates to drive a stirring rotating shaft to rotate, so that an outer stirring blade and a stirring frame rotate, grouting materials are stirred before grouting, and air mixed in the large grouting materials overflows; and the problem that the project quality cannot reach the standard due to the fact that the large grouting materials are directly poured into the construction position is solved.
