Distorted concrete grouting system and grouting method
Disclosed is a distorted concrete grouting system. A weight sensor is arranged on a measurement bucket, a stirrer provides grout for the measurement bucket through a first valve, the measurement bucket is connected with a grouting device through a pump, and a vibrator is arranged on the grouting device. A grouting method adopting the distorted concrete grouting system comprises the following steps that 1, the grouting device is inserted into concrete, a remote control unit is pressed manually, the pump starts grouting, and the vibrator starts vibration; 2, in the process that the weight of cement grout in the measurement bucket is reduced, when the weight sensor detects that the reduction value is the set value, the pump stops, grouting stops, and the vibrator stops vibration in a delayed mode; quantitative grouting is achieved through the steps. According to the distorted concrete grouting system and the grouting method, the self-weighing measurement bucket is arranged, and grouting construction is automatically carried out according to the predefined grout amount.
