The invention discloses a preparation method of autoclaved curing-free PHC pipe pile concrete. The PHC pipe pile concrete comprises the following components in parts by weight: 290 to 320 parts of cement, 90 to 120 parts of slag powder, 10 to 40 parts of glass powder, 1180 to 1220 parts of coarse aggregate, 720 to 760 parts of fine aggregate, 110 to 120 parts of water, 8 to 10 parts of a water reducing agent and 1 to 3 parts of an early strength agent, wherein the glass powder is powder particles formed by grinding and processing domestic waste glass. Cement, slag powder and glass powder are used as cementing materials, the sand ratio is controlled to be 35%-40%, and the water-binder ratio is 0.25-0.3. When the tubular pile concrete is prepared, firstly, waste glass is crushed and screened, and then 2000-2500-mesh glass powder is taken as an admixture; the coarse aggregate and the fine aggregate are put into a stirrer to be premixed, then the cement, the slag powder, the glass powder, the water, the polycarboxylate water reducing agent, the early strength agent and other raw materials are sequentially added, stirring and uniform mixing are continued, and the autoclaved curing-free PHC pipe pile concrete is obtained. The tubular pile concrete is small in porosity, meets the requirements of mechanical properties, can also reduce the production cost, simplify the production process and reduce the energy consumption requirements, and has a good application prospect.
