Extrusion-molded 3D-printed silicon carbide ceramic and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses extrusion-molded 3D-printed silicon carbide ceramic and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) granulating; (2) mixing: adding a first adhesive into silicon carbide particles, and conducting uniform mixing to obtain pug with good plasticity, wherein the first adhesive is cured at room temperature and melted at a temperature of 60 DEG C or above, so the silicon carbide particles are bonded with one another; (3) printing and forming; (4) degreasing: degreasing a printed biscuit to obtain a preform; and (5) densification: carrying out normal-pressure sintering or vacuum siliconizing treatment on the preform to obtain the silicon carbide ceramic. According to the preparation method, preparation of a large-size SiC part can be achieved, and meanwhile, part cracking caused by stress in a forming process is avoided.
本发明公开一种挤出成型3D打印碳化硅陶瓷及其制备方法。所述制备方法包括以下步骤:(1)造粒;(2)混炼:向上述碳化硅颗粒中加入第一粘合剂并混合均匀以得到塑性良好的泥料;所述第一粘合剂在室温固化且在温度60℃以上熔融而使碳化硅颗粒相互粘结;(3)打印成型;(4)脱脂:将打印好的素坯脱脂得到预制体;(5)致密化:将预制体常压烧结或者真空渗硅处理得到碳化硅陶瓷。所述制备方法可以实现大尺寸SiC部件的制备,同时避免成型过程中应力存在导致的部件开裂。
