The invention discloses a full-length bundled steel bar connection type segmental prefabricated assembled pier and a construction method, the pier comprises a foundation, a plurality of prefabricated pier body segments and a prefabricated top cap segment, the foundation, the plurality of prefabricated pier body segments and the prefabricated top cap segment are all provided with a plurality of reserved hole channels, and the plane positions of the reserved hole channels are in one-to-one correspondence; during on-site assembly, the foundation, the prefabricated pier body sections and the prefabricated top cap sections are spliced one by one through bonding materials, then full-length bundled steel bars penetrate into the reserved hole channels from top to bottom, then slurry is poured into the reserved hole channels or poured into the reserved hole channels, and construction of the prefabricated assembly pier is completed. Connecting steel bar sections are arranged in a full-length mode, and steel bar connectors can be not arranged or few steel bar connectors can be arranged; the number of bundled steel bars is small, and construction is convenient; the sections are assembled firstly and then the steel bars penetrate, so that the sections are aligned quickly, and the steel bars penetrate conveniently; the steel bars are anchored through post-pouring slurry, connection of the foundation, the top cap and the pier column is achieved, and the overall structure is firmly connected; and the full-length bundled steel bar connection type segmental prefabricated assembled pier is suitable for high and large-size piers.
