The invention discloses a full-length bundled steel bar connection type segmental prefabricated assembled pier and a construction method, the pier comprises a foundation, a plurality of prefabricated pier body segments and a prefabricated top cap segment, the foundation, the plurality of prefabricated pier body segments and the prefabricated top cap segment are all provided with a plurality of reserved hole channels, and the plane positions of the reserved hole channels are in one-to-one correspondence; during on-site assembly, the foundation, the prefabricated pier body sections and the prefabricated top cap sections are spliced one by one through bonding materials, then full-length bundled steel bars penetrate into the reserved hole channels from top to bottom, then slurry is poured into the reserved hole channels or poured into the reserved hole channels, and construction of the prefabricated assembly pier is completed. 本发明公开一种通长集束钢筋连接式节段预制拼装桥墩及施工方法,桥墩包括基础、多个预制墩身节段和预制顶帽节段,在基础、多个预制墩身节段和预制顶帽节段上均设有多个预留孔道,预留孔道平面位置一一对应,现场拼装时先将基础、多个预制墩身节段和预制顶帽节段通过粘接材料一一拼接而成,再将通长集束钢筋自上而下穿入预留孔道中,再对预留孔道内浇筑或灌注后灌注浆料,完成预制拼装桥墩施工。本发明连接钢筋节段间通长布置,可不设或少设钢筋接头;集束钢筋个数少、施工便捷;节段先拼装再穿入钢筋,节段对位快速,钢筋穿入方便;通过后灌注浆料对钢筋进行锚固,实现基础、顶帽与墩柱的连接,整体结构连接牢靠;适宜于墩高高、大尺寸桥墩。
